The pace of our growth has been impressive: from the birth of our Company in the French Loire Valley with just 9 people, we have expanded to a global international presence bolstered by a workforce now totaling over 20 000 individuals worldwide.

Underlying this expansion is a policy of systematically planned recruitment and training.

The exigencies and sophistication of synthesizing and manufacturing drugs are such that no position can be considered menial and all require sound judgment, conscientiousness, and motivation.
